last Friday, it was the last VDO ART class. I had to make some vdo art. Here it is!
But hey! just for you know….well…I know it’s not that good, still have smthg to edit and re-cut but anyway I just want sm thg to add a new post here. HAHA
WOWWWWWWW! First, last Tuesday was a presentation day. I didn’t have any art work but I sent some sketch model and procession. :’[ Luckily , My instructors like it >w<" heehee so I passed.

Also, I have a GREAT news! I have been chosen to be one of the participant in STEP : Stanford Thais Exchange Program, this year! Hallelujah!!
Being there will be the most valuable experience in foreign country (since my last time going smwhere else alone was too long ago). I’ll be there to do my own project, of cause it’s an art project…. about cuture ;-p and ideal and creativity and imagination…and fun … and…. whatever hahaha :}
This’s an experimental project of moving sensor. The sensor was on a gate celling. I installed them on the 4th floor of my faculty. :} I just want to do smthg with sensors… so I created an installation that asks ppl to walk through. Inspirited by a walk through gate that can be seen in a place like an airport or a theater. I used gold color because I see the different meanings in it. One is about wealthy, healthy, valuable, the winner, but also sometimes it’s old fashion, too much massive, tasteless like we’ve seen in many rich ppl’s house in Thai soap .
A very COOLLLL light design. I wish I could have them on my wall :} As the designer’s website describes it “A modular light system that responds to touch: through the electromagnetic fields of the human body. The hexagonal units can be assembled in any shape and modulated to compose multiple lighting situations. Light Brix is architecture composed by light”. And this’s Thailand Paper Doll, I’ve talked about for many times. It’s still ongoing work. I want to invite more participants: kids, strangers, … huh! may be one day it’ll be online? This’s vdo shows the first participants group.

she’s the one I’ve seen on youtube… the artist who can catch audiences’ tears. Her work is amazing, not complex but skillful. For many of her works, I’ve just LIKE it and think to myself ‘ ok, that’s very beautiful’ but not this one.
Because This one nearly made me cry ( It’s touching, but my tear isn’t come out easy)I’ve never thought that one day she’ll do her sand story about any Thailand things.
I found this vid about a week ago on FB, but didn’t watch it. This evening I was in a restaurant in a department store, I saw the picture of sand on ad. TV. And immediately noticed that it was the same one I glanced at on FB.
The game is easy: a ball, a hole – the ball has to be navigated into the hole. Just how?And that’s what the visitors have to find out themselves.
SIDE EFFECT is an installation art that forces people to communicate to achieve the goals.
To create a room in which the visitors can move freely we combines two technical challanges. To detect the people in the dark room we constructed and installed a infrared trackingsystem. Together with our controlling software programmed in VVVV and three projectors the visitors can enjoy a wonderfull video mapping experience.And SIDE EFFECT will make you move!
I’ve been to SG for 3 days!! :} And I’ve visited SAM (Singapore Art Museum) ….so I may post a vdo and pics next entry. Their were lots of great art I want you all to see .
